Co-Founder
After graduating with a Masters of Engineering from Stanford University and spending 7 years writing code for startups and Fortune 100 companies alike, Drew became enthralled with the elegance and utility of the Bitcoin network. He is Hash Guild’s source for all things technical and esoteric.

Meet the Team

Hash Guild is led by two guys from Wisconsin who believe in Bitcoin’s potential to positively transform the world. Drawing from experience including silicon valley startups and institutional finance, Matt and Drew bring a well rounded perspective to this new frontier. When not studying Bitcoin or rock climbing you can find them changing diapers, pushing strollers, and otherwise tending to their young families.

Matt has a deep knowledge of the financial world having spent the last 8 years working for one of the largest asset managers in the Midwest. Encountering and understanding Bitcoin caused a paradigm shift in his world view which he is eager to share and explain to those who are curious.
